HOW WE SELL

 SELLING YOUR STUFF WITH US IS AS EASY AS COUNTING TO FIVE

 
  • If you are bringing in clothing, accessories or home decor, we will go through 20 items a day. NO APPOINTMENTS NEEDED.

    If you are curious about if we will take something, give us a shout and we’ll let you know!

    If you have furniture or larger items, fill out this form here, and we’ll give you a thumbs up or a thumbs down… We don’t want you to lug around heavy furniture just to hear a rejection at the shop!

  • If you haven’t sold with us before, contact us to open a new account. It’s free!

  • We’ll evaluate which items we can take, set the price, and immediately set the item out on the floor to sell!

  • If the item sells within 60 days we’ll split the profit with you 50/50 on the furniture you bring in yourself or have someone bring in for you and a 40/60 split on clothing, accessories, home decor, kitchen items. You will receive 30% of the selling price if we pick up your furniture. That is to help cover cost of the staff to remove from your home.

    Your check will be available for pickup on the 15th of the following month.

  • If for some reason, your furniture and/or home decor does not sell within the 60 days, you have the option to come back and pick it up. If you don’t want to…. it’s ok! We will take it in on donation. It WE picked up your furniture for you and it doesn’t sell then the furniture left over is automatically donated to the store to help cover removal costs from your home.

 

Starting June 1, 2022
*If you need to drop off your furniture, we schedule that Monday-Saturday and its a 50/50 split

*If you need your items picked up, then we have a few of recommendations for you, if you aren’t In our pick up range or the load doesn’t qualify for pick up!

*You may bring 20 clothing & accessory and 20 home decor & kitchenware items per day from 10am-5:00pm Monday-Saturday WE DO NOT ACCEPT CONSIGNMENT ON SUNDAYS.
